Refund & Cancellation Policy
Gownlink Assures Buyers that we shall take back Faulty Product Back. The Buyer needs to raise Concern in 2 days after delivery. We request Buyer to explain the concern and we shall happily Take it back. The Reverse Logistics is ON buyers end as of now till we change and Notify in writing to buyers Individually or on our Website. We Will refund Normally within 2-3 days after we get Product back unused.
The refund is done in the same mode in which we received the Payment. Buyers Shall get Credit in their Account in normally 7-10 working days for Online Payments and 2-3 days for OFFLINE Transactions. For Any further Clarifications
