Shipping & Delivery Policy

Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders are dispatched within 2–7 business days depending on the item — custom-stitched pieces take longer than ready pieces. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via major couriers, with India Post covering remote areas. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on domestic orders with a small COD surcharge, shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, African countries, Europe, and Gulf countries. International orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. International orders are prepaid only — COD is not available outside India.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by their own country. These are not included in our shipping charge and are outside our control.

Order & Tracking Updates

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Address Changes
