International orders typically arrive within 8-15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing. Domestic orders within India ship in 2-7 business days.

Sizing without an in-person fitting

Every GownLink gown is made to order, and we don't rely on guesswork for sizing. Before your order goes into production, our team reaches out to confirm your measurements against our size guide, and we strongly recommend a quick video call so we can talk you through fit, fabric, and any customization options in real time.

Customs and duties

Import duties vary by country and are generally the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your country's customs allowance for imported clothing before ordering, so there are no surprises at delivery.

Payment and currency

We accept international payments through our secure checkout, and are continuing to roll out local currency display for major markets so you can see accurate pricing in your own currency at checkout.
